Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance (minimum).
• Extensive experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX.
• Proven ability to deploy, upgrade, and maintain VCF environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel full-time to various client sites.
• Preferred: VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or equivalent).
• Experience working in DoD or government environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for VMware deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
• Upgrade and optimize vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX infrastructures.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
• Ensure system security and compliance in accordance with DoD and government standards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless deployment solutions.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for VMware environments.
