Senior Web Designer, Customer Education

Requirements:

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining websites for SaaS and/or enterprise software products, preferably in customer education.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; familiarity with designing in Webflow is a plus.
• Experience in designing intuitive navigation structures and search functionalities.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by proactively identifying solutions and driving clarity.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and align with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Webflow University Platform team on large-scale initiatives and support ad hoc projects.
• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive content.
• Develop and maintain visual assets such as illustrations, graphics, and branded elements.
• Build and maintain a design system for Customer Education, including brand guidelines and reusable components.
