Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.
• At least 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in a related industry (ideally SaaS).
• Experience with agent software domains and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the full product development lifecycle and experience with product development planning.
• Demonstrated collaboration with software engineers and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Program Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across agent software development and platform integration, ensuring timely delivery of features and solutions.
• Develop project plans, establish milestones, and track progress while facilitating technical discussions.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure projects remain on track.
• Continuously refine program management processes and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
