Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience with Fortune Level Organizations, focusing on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT personas (CISCO/CIOs).
  • Experience with at least one earlier stage startup organization with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Experience selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using the MEDDIC sales framework.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through to closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition at all organizational levels from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast sales predictably and meet targets.
