• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams of 3+ people.
• Proven track record in developing talent acquisition strategies in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in sourcing techniques and talent market trends.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business or related field.
• Exceptional communication, partner management, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for SaaS technology startups.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
• Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align on workforce planning.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
