Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize the President’s inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Track and follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Manage tasks and projects in Trello, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
- Act as a liaison between the President, project managers, sales team, HR, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings with the client, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow through on action items. Monitor progress and ensure accountability.
- Help the President streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.
- Track and follow up on quotes sent to clients, ensuring timely responses and next steps.
- Maintain reliable communication and connectivity to avoid disruptions in workflow.
