Requirements:

• 8+ years of practical hands-on expertise in Microsoft solutions.
• Proven experience as an IT Consultant and Technical Architect.
• Enterprise level Exchange architecture and design migration experience preferred.
• Experience with Third-Party migration tools like Quest, Binary Tree, BitTitan is a plus.
• Experience in project delivery methodologies at the Enterprise level.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Client service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications (e.g., MCSE) are an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert-level architect knowledge of Azure Tenancy, Exchange On Prem to Exchange Online, and related technologies.
• Provide consultative technical thought leadership for pre-sales activities including workshops and technology roadmap development.
• Evaluate and develop migration methodologies to refine existing processes.
• Deliver high-quality work in both large-scale and smaller project environments.
• Assess client needs, risks, and business objectives to design appropriate IT systems.
• Support new technology implementations and train technical staff on systems.
