Responsibilities:

• Own the Search Product Roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
• Maintain technical expertise in AI Search, including Large Language Models and personalization.
• Drive continuous innovation by assessing emerging technologies.
• Scope and sequence projects for timely delivery.
• Use data to identify problem areas in Search and inform feature development.
• Ensure features improve key business metrics with clear impact hypotheses.
• Lead and mentor team members for on-scope, on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate on A/B testing programs and analyze results to integrate insights.
• Engage customers with roadmap overviews and support sales opportunities.
