- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and present suitable candidates.
- Stay updated on local job market trends and talent availability.
- Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews, providing guidance throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Provide regular updates to the team on recruitment progress and market insights.
