• Experience as an agency or independent recruiter, or working with remote teams.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and ATS systems.
• Deep understanding of Omani recruitment landscape and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure high placement standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and present suitable candidates.
• Stay updated on local job market trends and talent availability.
• Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews, providing guidance throughout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Provide regular updates to the team on recruitment progress and market insights.
