Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in field and event marketing, especially in B2B SaaS or tech, with a knack for driving revenue and brand growth.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of field events including conferences, trade shows, workshops, webinars, and Contentstack-hosted events to enhance brand visibility and engage potential customers.
- Partner with regional account executives and leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities, creating a cohesive approach to lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Drive MQO (Marketing Qualified Opportunity) growth through multi-channel field programs, including webinars, in-person events, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics, and strategic partnerships.
- Some management of third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that projects remain on budget and on schedule.
- Design and implement strategic marketing programs tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sales goals.
- Measure the success of field marketing initiatives by tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI. Use data insights to inform and improve future programs.
- Gather market and competitive insights through field interactions to help inform overall marketing and product strategies.
