Requirements:
- 12+ years of success in growing revenue for enterprise SaaS products.
- Ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven success selling into C-suite and building partnerships.
- Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Self-driven and humble with teamwork capabilities.
- Familiarity with a sales framework such as MEDDPICC.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation.
- Deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
- Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline.
- Gain access to and cultivate relationships with decision makers.
- Negotiate and close agreements to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
- Utilize Okta partners for new opportunities.
- Build effective partnerships within the Okta ecosystem.
- Adopt a value-based sales approach and travel as necessary.
