Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience as IT Recruiter in IT.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process: (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation reference checking).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Experience in sourcing passive talent.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Proactive approach and curiosity.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle: from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent.
  • Source candidates, evaluate applicant qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit and check references.
  • Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance.
  • Use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Monitor and analyze vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication.
  • Promote the company’s culture and enhance the employer brand within the tech community.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding processes.
