Requirements:
  • 5 years experience as HR in IT
  • Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, 1:1 etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels
  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
  • At least an Intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the HR Department.
  • Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding.
  • Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations.
  • Regular communication with employees and feedback through channels such as corporate meetings, newsletters, etc.
  • Consult management regarding employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
  • Manage company benefits.
