  • Effective communication with all staff levels.

  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness.
  • Proactive approach and curiosity.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • At least an Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the HR Department.
  • Support HR processes such as on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, and off-boarding.
  • Assist with the development of HR policies regarding employee relations.
  • Regularly communicate with employees and gather feedback through corporate meetings and newsletters.
  • Consult management on employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
  • Manage company benefits.
