Software Engineer I - Membership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; or an advanced degree with no experience.
• 0-2 years of industry experience in software development, preferably within healthcare technology or related fields.
• Proficiency with .NET frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for a remote team environment.
• Foundational understanding of software engineering principles and willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable code using .NET and/or Angular under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Tackle moderately complex coding issues and provide analyses and reports on software issues.
• Adapt and enhance existing software systems within the team.
• Collaborate with teams to address software issues and participate in hiring and mentorship.
• Be available for on-call duty during peak periods and attend the headquarters in-person four times a year.
