Responsibilities:
Lead the performance of the Japan Oncology Field Sales Team through appropriate leadership and coaching.
Lead team with appropriate and relevant feedback, coaching training interventions, development planning and talent management.
Identify best methodology and share these with the team.
Expand Regeneron reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.
Responsibility for the team attaining high levels of product, competitor therapy & environmental knowledge to maximise the commercial opportunities.
Provide input into National & Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team members.
Work synergistically with commercial operations to monitor/track Key Performance Indicators to achieve revenue and contribution targets for the region and act to course correct when required.
Ensure sales targets and profits are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and Regeneron SOP’s.
