Requirements:
  • 10+ years overall pharma experience; 3+ years sales manager experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with high influence
  • Excellent planning and operation skills with hands-on experiences
  • Flexible mindset to work effectively and adapt in rapidly changing environments
  • Previous 1st Line Management experience, with strong ability to lead & coach sales team
  • Oncology/ Immuno-Oncology/ biologic experience preferred
  • Fluent Japanese speaker.
  • Intermediate level English language skills (Reading and Written) and advantage but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance of the Japan Oncology Field Sales Team through appropriate leadership and coaching.
  • Lead team with appropriate and relevant feedback, coaching training interventions, development planning and talent management.
  • Identify best methodology and share these with the team.
  • Expand Regeneron reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.
  • Responsibility for the team attaining high levels of product, competitor therapy & environmental knowledge to maximise the commercial opportunities.
  • Provide input into National & Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team members.
  • Work synergistically with commercial operations to monitor/track Key Performance Indicators to achieve revenue and contribution targets for the region and act to course correct when required.
  • Ensure sales targets and profits are met through effective management and deployment of resources.
  • Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and Regeneron SOP’s.
