Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an operational or senior administrative role, preferably in distribution, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience supporting a US-based company in a remote capacity.
• Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate specific projects to grow and operate the business across all aspects of the business.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage order status updates.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Manage scheduling of deliveries, shipments, and order fulfillment.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and reports.
• Assist with website updates and product listings.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
• Act as a liaison between the remote leadership team and onsite staff.
• Lead and execute projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
