Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a functional consulting/business analyst role, ideally within the fintech industry.
  • Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects (e.g. ERP, CRM, or other business applications), with Salesforce and NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Expertise in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing data-informed, technology-driven solutions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, drive system implementations, process automation, and operational scalability.
  • Sharp analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to details.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, system implementations, and process automation
  • Excellent communication skill with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for implementation.
  • Administrator (or plus) certifications in CRM, ERP and/or other systems are preferred.
  • Certifications in data analytics, automation platforms, or integration technologies are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to execution, and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-visibility initiatives, ensuring project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks are managed effectively while maintaining alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability, proactively identifying and addressing risks, roadblocks, and dependencies to keep projects on track and ensure successful implementation.
  • Establish and maintain continuous feedback loops, engaging with technical teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to refine solutions, enhance execution, and drive operational excellence.
  • Champion a culture of agility and adaptability, leveraging data-driven insights to iterate on solutions, optimize delivery, and maximize long-term business value.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to define, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define solution requirements that address business challenges while driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Shape solution design by providing input on feasibility, usability, and business impact, ensuring alignment with best practices, and long-term growth.
  • Act as a key decision-maker in evaluating proposed solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems, support future scalability, and align with the company’s technology roadmap.
  • Regularly engage with teams to assess solutions, optimize performance, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Play a key role in shaping the Strategic Support functions strategic roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with long-term business priorities, scalability needs, and operational growth.
  • Contribute to a holistic review of solution designs, ensuring alignment across business functions, technical feasibility, and seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader, ensuring that cross-functional initiatives align with broader company objectives and long-term vision.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation, process automation, and enterprise technology.
  • Proactively incorporate new methodologies and tools to create a more strategic, agile, and innovation-driven organization.
  • Develop expertise in key areas of digital transformation, ensuring solutions are forward-thinking, adaptable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
