  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and administer HR benefits such as English lessons, training budgets, and office supplies.
  • Support logistics for department operations including welcome kits and special gift deliveries.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Organize events and cultural activities, both in-person and virtual.
  • Manage client and vendor entries in the accounting system.
  • Classify talent payments and monitor payments in the accounting system.
  • Ensure timely completion of Timesheets and facilitate intercompany invoicing.
