Requirements:

• 12+ years of bio/pharmaceutical experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in US Sales, Marketing, and/or Commercial Training.
• U.S. launch experience with a new product or indication preferred.
• Oncology and sales experience preferred.
• Strong collaborative, communication, and leadership skills required.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain partnerships with US commercial leads to support training programs.
• Create training curriculum for field teams focused on disease, product, and competency.
• Organize face-to-face and virtual touchpoints with field teams for resource familiarity.
• Collaborate with field leads on account planning and training execution.
• Aid in National/Regional Sales Meetings planning and execution.
• Support compliance in training development and execution.
