Requirements:

• Previous Software Engineering experience from a professional or educational setting.
• Experience with back end technologies such as Java 11.
• Familiarity with front end technologies including JavaScript (React, ECMAScript 6, Sass).
• Knowledge of data processing technologies like Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Elastic Search, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Work with microservices primarily using Java 11.
• Develop RESTful APIs using the Dropwizard framework.
• Use Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop for processing data.
• Create complex single-page web applications in JavaScript with React.
• Utilize HubSpot’s design system Canvas.
• Build systems with Apache Mesos and manage datasets using technologies like HBase, Elastic Search, ZooKeeper, Redis, MySQL, and Memcached.
• Participate in small, cross-functional teams responsible for product development.
