Requirements:

• 2+ years in product management, with a focus on search algorithms, machine learning, and NLP technologies in modern SaaS.
• Strong ability to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and technical constraints.
• Proven experience in understanding user needs and translating them into product requirements.
• Familiarity with agile software development processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and act as a collaborative leader.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for the embedded search engine.
• Engage with customers and teams to understand user pain points and inform product development.
• Lead prioritization of features and manage the team’s backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the search engine remains innovative.
• Define and track key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
• Work with sales and marketing to create product messaging and launch plans.
