• Proven consultative mindset and experience in integrating complex customer requirements into technical architectures.
• Industry-leading experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Viva, and Microsoft Purview.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and translate customer needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide service ownership by understanding and promoting technology solutions to solve business challenges.
• Ensure execution of service delivery to meet client standards of excellence.
• Engage with clients and sales to identify technologies and design deployment approaches.
• Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Craft and present statements of work for service engagements.
