Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rental services.
• Assist with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general questions related to rentals.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with operational teams to address and resolve any customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about company policies, rental procedures, and vehicle availability to assist customers accurately.
