Senior Accountant, Revenue (Contract)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Completed or pursuing a professional accounting designation (CPA).
• Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly complex Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the financial reporting process related to Revenue.
• Perform monthly close procedures ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and prepare detailed financial analyses.
• Drive the implementation of accounting policies related to revenue recognition.
• Support financial audits, manage tax inquiries, and prepare information for tax filings.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and improve current procedures.
