Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the client’s hiring managers to understand their GTM hiring needs and build effective, scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage various sourcing tools and methods to build a robust pipeline of top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success leaders.
  • Proactively reach out to, engage, and nurture candidates, ensuring a delightful recruitment experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Manage the entire recruiting process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive benchmarks to the client.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring alignment with the client’s business goals and culture.
