Requirements:
  • Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience.
  • Analytical skills with experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel.
  • Concise communication skills to present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Proactive in seeking information, solving problems, and delivering results.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English for communication with international stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across diverse functions and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning.
  • Create and monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues.
  • Participate in projects for data-driven decisions on forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
  • Role in the annual strategic planning process by making recommendations on go-to-market strategy, team restructuring/growth, and improving seller productivity.
  • Present reports to senior sales leadership.
  • Inspire and empower others by promoting wellbeing and creating a supportive work environment.
