Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations or sales enablement with a focus on operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of sales processes and overall revenue lifecycle.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills for clear internal communications.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude in collaborative environments.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of revenue operations strategies.
• Handle daily operational responsibilities including data analysis and report generation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to streamline lead management.
• Contribute to evaluating sales metrics and operational initiative impacts.
• Liaise with departments for successful execution of revenue operations projects.
• Train and ensure proficiency in enablement tools and CRM systems.
• Review and update enablement technologies to align with goals.
• Aid in developing performance metrics and revenue goals.
• Participate in design and optimization of sales territories.
• Manage the lead database for accuracy and targeted efforts.
• Develop and refine lead scoring models.
