Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional work experience, with at least 1 year in a client-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or a relevant field.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns such as Email, Web, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and solid process-oriented thinking.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data and business math for results processing.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in managing technical implementations and A/B or multi-variant testing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Help drive value realization through the day-to-day campaign execution of Persado Enterprise customer.
• Serve as the primary contact for all Customers’ operational requests, focusing on customer communication and collaboration.
• Define specifications and requirements involving relevant departments and 3rd parties.
• Ensure technical feasibility, resource availability, and on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate internal requests in the project management platform.
• Create and monitor timelines and trackers.
• Set client expectations and prioritize campaign execution.
• Manage performance reporting and escalate customer-related issues as needed.
