• Experience working in a SaaS operating company with a modern product development organization.
• In-depth knowledge of software development technologies.
• Possess advanced communication skills in both written and verbal forms, able to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills for resolving conflicts and trade-offs.
• Proactive in making growth proposals internally and externally.
• Business level Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Discovering operational obstacles through dialogue with departments involved in operations.
• Create operational plans, schedules, and checklists related to project operations.
• Support the formation of consensus among internal stakeholders on feature development and operational processes.
• Communicate with engineers through meetings and documentation to ensure smooth completion of development.
• Document operational processes and train employees to implement new processes.
• Understand the specific features of KOMOJU and its future direction.
• Provide input to the product development team for realistic development specifications.
• Communicate KPIs related to the operation of KOMOJU internally.
