Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in an influencer marketing role required
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • An eye for upcoming influencers to partner with and the ability to manage several partnerships per month
  • Proven track record for achieving results and driving projects, specifically within an influencer program
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Collaborative, hardworking with an enthusiastic attitude

  • Experience working in fashion, home, or beauty is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee gifted campaigns from start to finish, managing daily tasks including, but not limited to, influencer sourcing, vetting, outreach and communication, gifting negotiations, gifting contracts, order placement, promo code and link creation, content tracking, and weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Responsible for managing 150+ influencer partnerships per month, while meeting revenue targets and ROAS goals.
  • Maintain and keep influencer platform GRIN up to date. Keep campaigns, influencers, and content on the platform organized and up to date.
  • Understands the social digital landscape on Instagram and TikTok and stays on top of current trends.
  • Can work cross-functionally with internal teams and teammates to support all relevant initiatives, influencer requests, and content needs.
