Requirements:
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant experience marketing to small business customers, ideally on behalf of a SaaS provider or similar.
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience, including responsibility for selecting and managing internal and external team members, service providers, agencies and software platforms
  • Experience at the “zero to one” stage of launching into new segments and channels, establishing traction, then scaling them.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through creative demand-generation tactics.
  • Ability to set strategy while also driving execution and ensuring great outcomes.
  • Hands on approach that ensures your ownership of key design and implementation decisions.
  • Excellent content generation, communication, negotiation, business strategy, and presentation skills.
  • Experience overseeing selection, architecture and implementation of marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Data-driven decision making: proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics to inform strategy, calibrate execution and improve ROI.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy and delivery of corporate, channel partner and product marketing deliverables
  • Lead generation: develop, implement, strengthen and optimize demand-generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to the sales team. Deliver qualified leads of small business purchasers matching our ideal customer profile, at attractive unit economics
  • Content, Messaging & Sales Enablement : oversee content development efforts, including enhancing existing materials and developing new assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and social media campaigns. Ensure all messaging aligns with CardFlight’s brand voice and effectively speaks to our customers
  • Own developing go-to-market strategy for new Value Added Services
  • Analytics & Optimization: use data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and scaling what works.
  • Relationship Building and Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product and operations teams to grow new customers and revenue from existing customers and channel partners
  • Facilitate career growth for the current marketing team, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and regular 1:1’s
  • Coach and mentor team to drive to sustainably high performance to meet customer needs
  • Oversee selection and management of service and software providers supporting marketing objectives
  • Own demand generation strategy including the mix of marketing channels utilized and management of internal and external resources
  • Identify new campaigns and channels, continuously testing new tactics and strategies
  • Develop and lead customer acquisition strategies across key digital channels including SEO, paid search, social media, display, affiliate marketing, and more
  • Implement and oversee the ongoing testing of new channels and tactics to expand customer reach and improve acquisition efficiency
  • Manage budget and spend to ensure ROI-positive deployment of marketing resources
