Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, emphasizing financial modeling, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Professional designation preferred (e.g., CPA, CFA).
• Self-starter with the commitment to improve and own their work.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Capability to execute detailed analytics while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Knowledge of database (SQL), VBA, or programming is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Own, develop and enhance KOHO’s financial models.
• Support KOHO’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Assist in analytics and materials preparation for KOHO’s banking license application.
• Support capital raising, corporate valuation, and investor relations alongside senior leadership.
• Contribute to special projects like investment analysis and long-term financial planning.
