• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, analytics, or talent management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Expertise in talent market analysis and intelligence gathering methodologies.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of innovative recruitment strategies that impact workforce planning.
• Experience scaling teams and programs globally.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of talent researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide competitive talent insights critical to talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Global Talent Leaders and HR leaders to integrate market intelligence into strategic decisions.
• Anticipate business needs and deliver insights to respond to changing market trends.
• Use various research tools to deliver research across multiple markets and functions.
• Develop a strategic framework to narrate market challenges and adapt talent acquisition approaches accordingly.
• Establish a proactive pipeline system for recruiting critical roles.
