Lead design and implementation of various Microsoft 365 features including Entra ID/conditional access, InTune, OneDrive, Teams.
Software and patch deployment using Ivanti, Microsoft WSUS or other solutions.
Implement/verify OS patches and system upgrades per change management policies.
Monitor systems to troubleshoot errors, and assist with server-related issues.
Manage software inventory for adequate licensing.
