Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years in IT/enterprise systems.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Ideally, hands-on experience with healthcare regulatory environments.
• Experience managing systems in multi-entity organizations.
• Deep understanding of SaaS tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday.
• Experience with integrations via middleware and modern APIs.
• Knowledge of data analytics platforms and data governance best practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams during periods of change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of building technology roadmaps for scalability and profitability.
• Experience in vendor management and budget oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
