Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of business analyst experience.
• 5-10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
• Subject matter expertise in regulatory requirements and interoperability.
• Proficient in researching and analyzing government regulations independently.
• Experienced in breaking down regulatory requirements, including FHIR.
• Skilled in translating features into user stories.
• Solid understanding of regulatory challenges and strategies.
• Experience working with development and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review government regulations and analyze information from official sources.
• Translate regulations into specific features for Sunrise.
• Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement features and ensure compliance.
• Interact with business users to gather requirements and enhancement requests.
• Serve as a liaison between technology vendors, internal IS groups, and business users.
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation.
• Support system implementations and stay current on industry trends.
