Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on training and support for embedded software partners.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Automation tools, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and other related technologies.
• Strong understanding of complex software architectures and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide architectural guidance.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials for embedded solutions.
• Support partners during software implementation with hands-on assistance.
• Gather feedback from partners and advocate for their needs to improve software offerings.
• Support pre-sales efforts and engage with partners to enhance collaboration.
