  • 7+ years of experience in packaging engineering, focusing on design, development, and project management.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, packaging design tools, and material testing equipment.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Proven leadership abilities with capability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and development of packaging designs, ensuring they meet functional, durable, aesthetic, and cost-effective criteria.

  • Formulate testing criteria and methodology with external partners to validate packaging materials and designs.

  • Implement quality control processes to meet packaging standards.
