Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role.
• Experience in embedded finance, SaaS, fintech, or payment solutions, and a passion for exploring emerging fintech trends.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and experience in selling embedded solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience using Hubspot, Rocketreach, Sales Navigator, and/or other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, especially targeting sectors interested in embedded finance partnerships.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape, industry trends, and conferences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain the CRM & Onboarding pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful growth strategies.
• Plan discovery sessions to uncover partnership opportunities, particularly with SaaS platforms, banks, and payment processors.
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients alongside the Business Development Manager.
