Account Manager - Brookshire

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products).
• Strong level of knowledge of Brookshire Grocery Company.
• Experience working with KeHE/UNFI.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience.
• Proficiency with computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a regional or account specific sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas.
• Meet regularly with existing customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and clients.
• Maintain communication and respond to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage client businesses.
• Attend required trade shows and meetings.
• Guide clients through the distribution process.
• Prepare clients for meetings and business reviews.
• Direct personnel in planning and executing trade shows.
• Sell the organization's mission and vision to clients.
