Responsibilities:

• Help maintain an effective resource allocation plan to ensure the optimal use of consultants and project teams.
• Help forecasting resource needs based on upcoming projects, client demands, and internal priorities.
• Assist Operations Manager in coordinate with delivery management to understand resource requirements.
• Track resource availability, skills, and utilization rates to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Balance workloads to avoid over- or under-utilization of resources.
• Adjust resource plans in response to shifting priorities or project changes.
• Manage a scheduling system for timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers for efficient resource use across projects.
• Monitor resource utilization metrics and generate reports.
• Provide actionable insights for improving resource efficiency.
• Present resource-related data to leadership for decision-making.
• Ensure integrity of Salesforce and NetSuite data.
• Identify potential resource shortages and work to mitigate risks.
• Continuously improve resource management processes and tools.
