Requirements:
  • University degree in any relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in program management and administration.
  • Policy analysis and execution experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the European political and legislative landscape.
  • Knowledge of EU/Europe policies is a plus.
  • Strong interest in climate and energy policies; familiarity with the Fit-for-55 Package is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in clean hydrogen is a plus.
  • Candidate should be based in a European time zone (GMT or CET preferred).
  • Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Supportive team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the finalization of the Hydrogen Europe strategy in collaboration with the Europe Policy Manager and Hydrogen Program team.
  • Track progress of strategic activities and collaborate with Europe colleagues on execution.
  • Co-develop materials for high-level meetings and conferences.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Draft and edit briefings, letters, fact sheets, and other materials on hydrogen-related topics.
  • Organize events and support CATF's involvement in high-impact opportunities.
  • Monitor relevant policy developments in Europe for the Hydrogen Program.
  • Contribute to policy briefs and materials for key stakeholders.
  • Help build a stakeholder network and engagement plan for Europe.
  • Join relevant stakeholder meetings.
