Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing, ideally in field marketing or growth marketing roles.
• Ability to design marketing strategies aligned with global and local business objectives.
• Proven experience in planning and executing events, ABM strategies, and awareness campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of tech products and the ability to communicate their value to B2B audiences.
• Basic knowledge of content and event design.
• Positive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for NOLA (primarily Mexico), aligned with global marketing objectives and local business goals.
• Organize and execute local events to drive demand generation and increase brand awareness.
• Lead the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for key accounts in the region.
• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new territories, renewals, and expansions.
• Ensure Yalo’s brand is well-positioned in the local market by tailoring messaging and tactics to regional needs.
• Manage local PR and media strategies to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Work closely with other marketing teams to ensure alignment across global and local initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget for Mexico, ensuring efficient allocation and positive ROI.
• Support local implementation of new products and coordinate regional launches.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and the unique dynamics of the Mexican market.
• Collaborate on creating and localizing relevant content for the region.
