Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role, specifically managing client relationships and sales within the Public Sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Bids and Contracts (14.133/21).
- Experience selling HR solutions, wellbeing/healthcare services, or corporate benefits is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is not required but highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with effective collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, negotiate, and close high-value business deals and sales strategies for mid to large Public Sector prospects.
- Identify client needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Wellhub marketing and branding team to refine sales assets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new customers with the Client Success team.
- Seek innovative approaches to enhance sales processes and product offerings.
- Promote wellbeing in the workplace.
