Responsibilities:

• Partner with product teams, learn from them and understand the challenges they face.
• Research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity.
• Span the entire process of designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and monitoring.
• Cover areas like release task automation, testing automation, and AI testing automation for generative AI-based features.
• Provide and promote TDD, best practices, new tools, and trainings as enablement.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and help improve teams' engineering culture.
• Mentor and coach other engineers in developer experience.
