(Senior) UX Designer - Design System and Accessibility (f/m/d)

Requirements:

• Several years of experience working in UX design, focusing on accessibility and design systems.
• Expertise with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, speech recognition tools).
• Knowledge of accessibility laws, standards (WCAG, ARIA), and inclusive design principles.
• Deep knowledge and skill in interaction design and user experience design.
• Fluent in UI, design systems, and prototyping tools such as Figma or Storybook.
• Experience working in and with an agile environment and team.
• Comfortable solving complex problems and envisioning simple solutions.
• Ability to articulate and present ideas to designers, engineers, and project managers.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an international team and interact with large international clients.
• Be part of an agile sprint team with Frontend and Backend Engineers and Product Managers.
• Present designs and gather feedback from stakeholders, users, and customers.
• Lead initiatives to integrate accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Advocate for and monitor accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) while providing guidance.
• Review designs and prototypes to ensure quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Educate and empower teams to create inclusive experiences.
• Design, review, and maintain scalable variables, components, and patterns within the design system.
