Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales experience in an international setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse groups
- Previous experience in cold calling sales
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop engaging fundraising solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and groups to understand their fundraising needs.
- Organize and implement fundraising campaigns that engage students, families, and the community.
- Provide resources to school/group staff and volunteers on effective fundraising strategies.
- Collaborate with schools and groups to create tailored fundraising programs that resonate with their goals and values.
- Track and analyze fundraising results, making recommendations for future campaigns based on outcomes.
- Act as the main point of contact for schools and groups answering questions and providing support throughout the fundraising process.
- Promote a positive image of the organization by representing the brand.
- Maintain data base, making outbound contacts via phone calls, emails, and other avenues to solicit to schools and groups.
- Do sales presentations to schools and groups.
- Set up sales within our guidelines and communicating to our team throughout the process.
- Follow up with schools and groups during sale to the end and trying to set up their next fundraisers for future.
