Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and CSM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Churn Zero/ Client Success).
  • Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms (Marketo).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and take action.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of lower-touch customers with a focus on scalable, digital-first strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to proactively address risks and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and improve the customer journey.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for digital engagement initiatives, addressing customer inquiries.
  • Continuously optimize and improve digital customer success processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams.
