Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Credit/Risk/Collections Manager in large organizations.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients with simultaneous projects.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Excellent time management and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Receivables Management technology.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for named enterprise accounts.
- Provide insights to customers for optimal use of Sidetrade solutions.
- Advocate for customer needs with Product Management and Support teams.
- Gauge customer engagement and suggest product and service enhancements.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support renewals.
