Implementation Consultant

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing experience, particularly in SaaS software implementation.
• A working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
• The ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
• An interest in application security and an understanding of the importance of a developer-first approach.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• A consultative mindset with the technical aptitude to align people, technology, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, disciplined approach to problem-solving, relationship-building, and project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver value to customers by owning project delivery from kick-off to completion for customer implementations.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on status, timelines, and risks throughout the implementation phases.
• Lead project kick-offs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings.
• Facilitate customer outcomes across teams to achieve positive results.
• Manage and refine Snyk’s onboarding practices for continuous improvement.
• Represent customers’ technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate customer onboarding.
